Ta Pai Management Institute (Tapmi), Manipal, organized the first CXO Talk Series 2025 in Manipal on Saturday.
Industrie leaders communicate with student participants and offer insight into contemporary business challenges, leadership trips and emerging trends in various sectors in the CXO Talk series.
The series was opened by Rajeev Kumra, director of Tapmi, and Gururaj Kidiyoor, Dean-Academics or Tapmi, with Sumit Khandelwal, CEO of Xoxoday and Tapmi Alumnus of the Batch 2007-09, as the Keynote speaker.
Khandelwal shared the challenges with which he was confronted – from early failures in his entrepreneurial companies to the first struggles in the business world – and how these experiences are resilience and discipline. He emphasized that these very setbacks became the basis for building Xoxoday.
Rajeev Kumra said that the CXO talk series is in line with the vision of Tapmi to develop future students by giving them access to leaders who have taken this path for them.
“The journey of Mr. Khandelwal is a convincing example of resilience and innovation, and inspires our students to pursue their ambitions with conviction and clarity,” he said.
