Rayse follows the progress of an agents through a transaction that home buyers and sellers offer information about their home sales or purchase with real -time. It also enables agents to show how much time they spend on various activities such as negotiations, viewing properties and analyzing market trends via the Rayse customer portal.

With the customer portal, consumers can also offer comparisons and Tourfeedback. In addition, customers receive a final report that shows them all strategic decisions, negotiations and transaction lines that have helped their agent to reach.

Stellar MLS is the largest multiple frame service in Florida, to support 21 broker associations in the Sunshine State and Puerto Rico.
