New Delhi: Realty Firm Signature Global LTD focuses on an increase in turnover of 92 percent in the activities during this financial year after a strong turnover in his residential projects in Gurugram.
In a final presentation of investors, the company said it focuses on a turnover of RS 4,800 Crore in this financial year.
The income from Signature Global from activities was 2,498.02 crore in the tax 2024-25.
On income, the company said that “it has reached about 19 percent of the guidance. Momentum is expected to pick up in the following quarters that are powered by the completion of the construction as planned”.
In the real estate sector, companies can recognize income when completing their projects or on the percentage of the completion method.
Signature Global obtained record sales bookings from RS 10,290 Crore during the 2024-25 and has given a guidance of RS 12,500 Crore for the current financial year.
On Thursday, the company reported a five -fold increase in the consolidated net profit for the first quarter of this tax RS 34.43 Crore, supported by higher income in the midst of a strong demand for homes.
The net profit was on RS 6.79 Crore in the period of a year ago.
Turnover from operations increased to RS 865.66 Crore during the April-June period of 2025-26 Fiscal Year, of RS 400.61 Crore in the corresponding period of the previous year.
The total income rose to RS 898.35 Crore, from RS 427.98 Crore during the reporting period.
As far as financial performance is concerned, characteristic worldwide chairman Pradep Kumar Aggarwal said: “Building at the strong momentum of FY25, we have delivered a robust performance in the first quarter of FY26, with our operational income doubling on annual basis. This growth of quality home reflects.”
He said that the launch pipeline remains strong for the remaining period of this tax, which would help the company to support this growth process.
