NAV Capital, Craft Emerging Market Fund, PCC-Citadel Capital Fund, Krushnam Nexus Capital Scheme I, Penta Team Inventure Capital Scheme I, Beacon Stone Capital VCC and Lords MultiGrowth Fund were the entities that participated in the ancher round.
According to the circular, Sharvaya mets just over 8.53 Lakh shares assigned to entities with RS 196 per scrip. This collects the transaction size to RS 16.72 Crore.
The RS 59-Crore Initial Public Offer (IPO) will be opened for subscription on 4 September and will be closed on 9 September. The price band is set at RS 192-196 per share.
The IPO is a mix of a new issue of 25 Lakh shares that merge into RS 49 Crore and offer for sale of 5 Lakh shares for RS 9.80 Crore.
The proceeds from the new issue to the melody of RS 20.4 CRORE will be used to finance capital expenditures for the purchase of factory and machines, RS 9 CRORE will be used to meet the working capital requirements, and RS 5.17 CRORE will be used to finance capital expenses for civil construction and electrification. The balance will be used for general business purposes. Shreyans Katariya, promoter and MD of Sharvaya Metals, said: “The yields will help us strengthen infrastructure, improve production capacity and support work capital requirements as we set off for fast -growing segments such as electric vehicles and defense”.
Sharvaya Metals LTD is concerned with the production of aluminum products, including alloyed ingrons, bates, plates, sheets, circles and EV battery housings.
On Financial Front, the company reported a total income of RS 112.76 Crore and profit after tax on RS 12.51 Crore in FY25.
The shares of the company are proposed to be mentioned on the SME platform of the BSE.
Expert Global Consultants is the only lead manager for book running, while Bigshare Services is the registrar for the IPO.
