Al-Hilal have agreed to a fee of around €30 million to sign the 18-year-old, who has scored three goals in 17 Ligue 1 appearances this season.
Chelsea and Manchester United both tracked the teenager this season, but will now be without Al-Hilal.
The west Londoners have been particularly proactive in their pursuit, having held talks with Rennes over deals for Kader Meite and team-mate Jeremy Jacquet.
Chelsea are keen to sign the latter before Monday’s deadline but have so far failed to meet the French side’s asking price of more than €55 million.
However, Kader Meite has chosen a move to the Saudi Pro League over English football, with Fabrizio Romano reporting that the striker sees Al-Hilal and the partnership with Simone Inzaghi as the ‘ideal step’ in his career.

The Frenchman will undergo a medical with Saudi Arabia before signing a long-term contract.
