Emma Slape, CEO of Turner Real Estate, received the Sir Robert Torrens Award – the highest honor that can be bestowed on a real estate professional in South Africa.

Brad Allan from Allan Real Estate was recognized as South Australian Residential Salesperson of the Year, ahead of Matt Smith from Klemich Real Estate and Tayla Taarnby from TAARNBY Real Estate, who both took home silver awards for the same category.

Simon Noakes of Noakes Nickolas Real Estate and Thanasi Mantopoulos of LJ Hooker Mile End/Woodville both received a bronze award in the same category.

Amity Dry of OC was named winner of the gold award for metropolitan local seller, with Brenton Milewski of Klemich Real Estate winning silver, while Grant Schubert of Elders Real Estate Robe was crowned regional/national seller of the year.

It was also a big night for LJ Hooker Commercial Adelaide, who took home gold awards for Future Leader – Property Manager and Commercial and Industrial Agency, while also being inducted into the Hall of Fame for Commercial and Industrial Agency and Property Management Agency – Commercial and Industrial Office.

TAARNBY Real Estate repeated their solid performance over the past two years, taking home five gold medals.

REISA CEO Andrea Heading. Delivered

Andrea Heading, CEO of REISA, said the talent level across the sector had been huge, and they had shone in particularly challenging circumstances for both agents and consumers.

“This year, REISA is particularly proud to see so many new entrants taking part – and a particularly strong performance from regional South Australia,” she said.

“It is inspiring to see such talent emerge from all corners of the state.

“If there is one word that captures the essence of this profession, it is resilience.

“Real estate is not for the faint of heart – it requires adaptability, trust and teamwork.

“And while we recognize many individual achievements tonight, we know that true success is rarely a solo effort – it is built on the collective power of great teams.

“And finally, to our new winners and rising stars: you are the future of our profession. “Your energy, creativity and drive remind us that the best is yet to come.

“Congratulations again to our winners, our finalists and to everyone who makes this industry what it is: proud, passionate and resilient.”
