Pure protein dough ice cream


Prevent your screen from getting dark
Place the butter, Jay Robb protein and sweeteners in a large bowl to make the cookie dough. Use a hand mixer to combine well. Taste and adjust sweetness as desired. Place in the fridge to set.
Use a 1/4 teaspoon of measuring the spoon to make balls of 1 centimeter. At least place on a baking tray in the freezer 2 hours Set.
To make the protein ice cream, place 1 cup of water or unsweetened low -fat coconut milk in the Ninja Creami container. Add the Jay Robb collagen, Jay Robb Egg White -protein, salt and sweetener when you use.
Use an immersion blender to combine the ingredients. Add more water until you reach the filling line. Stir with a spoon. Taste and, if desired, add more stevia glycerite.
Freeze for at least 6 hours or at night.
Place in the Ninja Creami on the “Lite” setting. This runs for about 3 minutes. Check the consistency and if you want a creamier texture, perform the mixture on the “Gelato” setting. Depending on your desired texture, your settings determine. At the end, stir in the cookie dough balls (or you can use the “mix -in” setting, but I thought it often combines too much the cookie dough and the cookie dough melts in the ice). Enjoy!
