Paris Saint-Germain have suffered a triple injury blow, with Achraf Hakimi, Ousmane Dembele and Nuno Mendes set to be out for weeks.
All three players were injured during PSG’s Champions League defeat to Bayern Munich on Tuesday.
Hakimi was forced off in the seventh minute of first-half stoppage time after being caught by Luis Diaz, who was sent off as a result of the tackle.
PSG revealed he has seriously sprained his left ankle and will miss several weeks, with initial reports suggesting it could be as many as six.
The injury makes his participation in the upcoming Africa Cup of Nations for Morocco in doubt, which starts on December 21.

Dembélé was also forced off in the 25th minute of the match due to a calf injury.
The Ballon d’Or winner will also be sidelined “for the coming weeks”, according to PSG, meaning he will miss France’s upcoming World Cup qualifiers.
Mendes was able to complete the match against Bayern, but sprained his left knee and will also be absent for a number of weeks.
Some reports have suggested that all three players are likely to be out for the rest of 2025, with PSG saying they will provide a further update after the international break.
Luis Enrique’s side play Lyon on Sunday and then play four matches in Ligue 1 before the winter break, as well as Champions League matches against Tottenham and Athletic Bilbao.
