Premier League announces prices for September –

The Premier League has announced its best of the month for September. With five goals and one assist, Manchester City star Erling Haaland won the Player of the Month award. His total included appearances against Manchester United (2 goals), Arsenal (1 goal) and Burnley (2 goals and 1 assist). The Norwegian was in the form of his career, as he himself said:

“I have never felt as good as I do now.”

The numbers support his statement. He has currently scored eighteen goals in his first eleven games this year for both club and country. He has scored nine goals for Manchester City so far in the Premier League. It should be noted that City have scored a total of 15 goals this season, and 9 of them have come from their number “9”. With the exception of one match against Tottenham Hotspur, Haaland has scored in every match that Manchester City has played.

Another Manchester City player, summer signing Gianluigi Donnarumma, has been named Save of the Month. The save he made against Bryan Mbeumo in the Manchester derby – which also happened to be his debut match – earned him the award. Like Erling, the Italian is also enjoying strong form in Manchester. He is still undefeated in his six starts for the club. The fine form of both the frontman and the last line of defense has been decisive for Pep Guardiola’s team rhythm. If they continue to produce performances like this, it could be a defining factor for Manchester City this season.

Crystal Palace manager Oliver Glasner has been named Manager of the Month. Crystal Palace collected seven points in September, with the most notable result being their last-minute winner against defending champions Liverpool FC. That victory proved crucial for Glasner and his team. Palace are now sixth in the table with 12 points.

Martin Zubimendi’s fierce volley in Arsenal’s 3-0 win against Nottingham Forest has been named Goal of the Month.
