Hardware Plaud.ai has released his new physical notetaker, the Plaud Ai Pro, on Wednesday. The notetaker, priced at $ 179, comes two years after the original Plaud statement was released and a year after the company had released an AI -pin.

For people who have not yet seen, the Plaud-Noot is a hardware notetaker of the credit card-sized, which can stay on the back of your phone and help you make notes for calls or personal meetings.

The Note Pro looks like the original note, but there is one big difference. The new device has a small AMOLED screen of 0.95 inch, which shows information such as a recording indicator and battery level.

The Note Pro offers a recording capacity of 30 hours before the standard range. But you can push the device to take 50 hours with a shorter range of 9.8 feet (almost 3 meters) on a single load.

The company said that the Note Pro has four mems (micro-electromechanical systems) MICs, compared to two on the last gene device, to better catch Audio. That is why the Note Pro Audio can record within the range of 16.4 feet (almost 5 meters), resulting in a 2x jump in reach of the original Note Pro. The startup said that users also get better noise reduction and speaker detection with the new device.

Although you had to manually switch between calls and personal recording on the original note, the Note Pro uses an automatic detection function for this.

Plaud.ai also updates its accompanying app with new functions. You can take notes in text on your phone – just like Granola – and add images, such as slides.

The app -update also offers “multidimensional summaries”, with which you can extract insights into different sizes, such as important insights or data items. The company has built templates for summary generation and the app can automatically propose the right proposals based on your role. You can also build your own templates.

Another new position, still in beta, allows you to request your notes.

The Plaud Note Pro costs $ 179 / £ 169 and users can order the device in advance from today, with shipping planned for October 2025. The company said that people who order the device in advance will receive 600 free transcriptions, together with a magnetic housing. Users can get 300 minutes of monthly transcription for free, and if they want more, they have to buy a paid monthly plan or a one -off registration.

Plaude is one of the companies that successfully participates when other AI device makers have not had much popularity. Bee at Exor are taken over by Amazon and friend I just started shipping After a few delays.

Pleam said it has sent more than a million units of his AI -hardware -notes, with almost 50% upgrading users to the Pro plan.
