Stoneweg Group, the alternative investment platform, and Pictet Alternative Advisors (PAA), the alternative investment arm of the Pictet Group, have jointly announced the launch of ‘Axis’, a specialized logistics investment platform aimed at the Netherlands.
Axis will focus on small and central box-logistics assets, with a strategic emphasis on Prime urban and last-mile locations in the Randstad area, as well as other important logistics hubs in Dutch regions.
The platform is sown with eight high-quality logistics properties, acquired via seven off-market transactions in the first half of 2025. The initial portfolio comprises approximately 60,000 m² Lostable Floor Area (LFA) and is completely occupied. The most important locations are Rotterdam, Utrecht, Almere, Waalwijk, Oss, Deventer and Maastricht, all recognized as attractive logistics markets.
The platform aims to develop a diversified portfolio on leading Dutch logistics markets, with a focus on long-term activa performance and environmental impact. Every active renovations will undergo in order to adjust to sustainability standards and to meet the evolving requirements of the occupiers.
ING has been appointed as the strategic financing partner for Axis and offers a sustainability linked loan to support the growth of the platform.
