In what will be the company’s final outing to “The Cradle of Humankind,” PFL Africa 4 will showcase some of the continent’s top mixed martial arts prospects as the promotion’s African tournament comes to a head. The main event of PFL Africa 4 sees Nkosi Ndebele fight Boule Godogo for the bantamweight title. In the penultimate match of the evening, Shido Boris Esperança meets Yabna N’Tchala in their hunt for PFL welterweight gold.

After two major wins in the 170-lb competition, Ndebele now stands on the cusp of capturing his first major championship. “King,” a former 135-pound standout in BRAVE CF, where he once held their bantamweight belt, is eager to have gold back around his waist after PFL Africa 4.

Looking to get back into the winner’s circle in dominant fashion after suffering the first defeat of his professional career, Godogo returns to the smart cage of the PFL ready to reassert himself in his division. The EFC veteran, who represented the Democratic Republic of Congo, was originally set to battle Thimna Mhlauli but a withdrawal due to the former’s injury allowed Godogo to challenge for the championship in PFL Africa 4 on Saturday evening.
