Sunday Night Football in Week 16 of the 2025 NFL campaign features a showdown between the New England Patriots and Baltimore Ravens. The Patriots are where the Ravens thought they would be: Coming in with an 11-3 record and competing for the No. 1 seed in the AFC. Baltimore, on the other hand, is an extremely disappointing 7-7.

Let’s dive into my Patriots vs. Ravens predictions dive.

New England Patriots vs. Baltimore Ravens Odds

Moneyline: Patriots +145 / Ravens -170
Spread: Patriots +3 (-105) / Ravens -3 (-115)
Total: More than 48.5 (-110) / Less than 48.5 (-110)

New England Patriots vs. Baltimore Ravens Best Bet No. 1: Patriots +3 (-105)

We’re 15 weeks into the season – yes, that’s it a lot of – and oddsmakers (and gamblers) still seem to be living in the recent past. The Ravens are favored in this matchup because… they’re the Ravens. However, a fifteen-week sample size is more than large enough to confirm that New England is a far superior team in 2025. It’s true that Baltimore plays at home on Sunday night (which partially explains the -3 spread in its favor), but that shouldn’t matter. New England is much better on the road (6-0) than at Foxborough (5-3); Baltimore is worse at home (3-5) than on the road (4-2).

Those are some of the many reasons why the visitors’ chances are positive. Additionally, the Ravens rank No. 20 in overall offensive EPA stats and aren’t much better on defense (16th). They are No. 19 in defensive EPA per pass and they give up 233.3 passing yards per game (No. 26). Baltimore ranks second to last in sacks. Meanwhile, New England is No. 6 in total offensive EPA and No. 12 in total defensive EPA. The Pats’ point differential is better than everyone else in the NFL except the top two teams in the NFC: the Seahawks and Rams. Finally, Lamar Jackson was thought to be an MVP candidate for this year; instead, it’s New England’s QB – Drake Maye – who is one of the frontrunners for that award.

New England Patriots vs. Baltimore Ravens Best Player Prop Bet: TreVeyon Henderson Over 49.5 rushing yards (-110)

Henderson shares New England’s backfield with Rhamondre Stevenson, but it’s becoming increasingly clear that Henderson is the RB. Over the last four outings, Henderson has gotten 25 more carries than Stevenson. The Ohio State product has racked up 62 yards or more in five straight games, a stretch that includes performances of 147 and 148 yards. By comparison, Stevenson hasn’t rushed for more than 50 yards in any of the last four games.

The Patriots now face a Ravens defense that is decent but unspectacular against the run, giving up 111.1 yards per game on 4.2 yards per attempt.
