Paddy Pimblett says Tom Aspinall was ‘too nice’ to Ciryl Gane after eye poke: ‘Wash your bloody fingers you stuffy bastard’

Paddy Pimblett recently scorched Ciryl Gane for poking Tom Aspinall in the eye at UFC 321.

Tom Aspinall’s first defense of his undisputed heavyweight championship ended as a no contest as he was double poked in the eye by Gane and unable to continue. The Brit retained the title and is expected to regain it at some point with ‘Bon Gamin’ the first recovers.

Aspinall had to undergo double eye surgery and also received an eyeball injection after the fight. While the UFC heavyweight champion has repeatedly criticized Ciryl Gane for the double eye poke, Paddy Pimblett believes Tom Aspinall is making it easy for him and says he would have a lot more say if he were in Aspinall’s position.

“He [Tom Aspinall] was too nice after the fight. I would have said, ‘You little piece of shit, don’t poke me in the eye.’ You’re always too nice, boy. I would have said, ‘You dirty, horrible big dick, you dirty, cheap cheater.’ I’d get a lot more swear words than that. What I said is: wash your damn fingernails, you stupid son of a bitch.”

Paddy Pimblett doubles down on why he now despises Ciryl Gane

In the same video posted above, Paddy Pimblett discussed how he used to dislike Ciryl Gane, but claims his opinion has changed after seeing Gane’s recent fights. ‘The Baddy’ accuses ‘Bon Gamin’ of poking the eyes, shooting the groin and hitting the back of the head in an attempt to gain an edge in every recent fight. He added:

“I never minded Ciryl Gane, boy. I always enjoyed watching him fight. But when you watch his fights now, you see the number of times he hits people in the back of the head, kicks people in the butt, pokes people in the eyes. It’s not an accident if you do it that often.”
