The German MMA -falling and old veteran Daniel Weichel stepped out of the retirement to head the Octagon 76 on Saturday, at home in his native Germany.
Weichel, a former Bellator MMA -Opvasting, Grand Prix -Hunter, title finaler and tournament winner, had more than 50 fights in MMA as a professional. On Saturday in Frankfurt he would fight for the first time since 2023 when he took on Mali’s Aboubakar Tounkara in lightweight action.
During the Co-Main event of the Night, the rapidly rising Frederic Vosgröne returned to Fabio Moraes. All four victories of the unbeaten Vosgröne had arrived within the distance and all four had ended through entry.
