Quebec Class Action claims that white Nissan vehicles have fleaks that ensure that the paint peel.

-Nissan Peeling paint problems have led to an owner of Nissan Micra from 2017 submitting a Canadian Class Action case for owners of Quebec and tenants of Witte Nissan vehicles.

Plaintiff Lise Durocher complains the white paint on her Nissan Micra began to peel off the tailgate (laughs gate) when the car had about 45,000 kilometers on the kilometer counter.

She complains the delaminated white paint and came in patches, although she took good care of her vehicle.

The white paint continued to peel on other parts of the Nissan and because the warranty had expired, it would have to pay between $ 1,000 and $ 1,200 to repair the paint.

The plaintiff claims that she does not have to pay anything to repair a problem caused by Nissan. According to the plaintiff, she believed that she bought a reliable vehicle without defects.

The Class Action law case says that the claimant has not received any help from her Nissan dealer, so she contacted Nissan and asked for free repairs of the peeled paint.

That request was refused and the lawsuit says that Nissan has to repair all white vehicles for free, repay owners for a loss of vehicle values, pay customers compensation and be forced to pay punitive compensation.

The action of the Nissan White Paint Class claims that what has been gained with her car is not normal wear, and the claimant claims that the paint must last 10 to 15 years.

According to the court case, Nissan did not succeed in informing customers what would happen with the white paint of their vehicle after a short time.

The Nissan White Peeling Peeling Class Action -Rechtszaak was filed in the Superior Court of Quebec, Canada: Lise Durocher v. Nissan Canada Inc.

The plaintiff is represented by Lambert Avocats.
