Nifty 50 opened today’s session with a gap-down on 24,544 compared to yesterday’s closing of 24,596. It fell further after the opening and currently acts at 24,460, a decrease of 0.5 percent.
The advance/decline ratio is 9/41 and shows a considerable bearish ramp. Titan Company (an increase of 1.6 percent) and NTPC (an increase of 0.6 percent) are the top performers.
On the other hand, Bharti Airtel (2.8 percent) followed by Adani Enterprises (2 percent) the best losers.
Comes to the sectors, except Nifty Oil & Gas (0.4 percent) and Nifty Media (0.3 percent) All others are in red. Nifty it (almost 1 percent) and Nifty Metal (around 0.8 percent) are the best losers.
Nifty 50 Futures
The August fall Nifty Futures opened today’s session at 24,669 compared to yesterday’s closing of 24,673. It is currently being traded at 24,530, a decrease of 0.6 percent.
The contract is currently being traded in the support band of 24,480-24,530. In the event that the bears drag it under 24,480, the sale can intensify where the price can fall to 24,200. Support under 24,200 is 24,000.
On the other hand, if the handy futures gather from the current level, it will experience a resistance at 24,730, which caused today’s decrease. Only a clear outbreak of this can make the Outlook Bullish. In this case, the contract can rise to 24,800 and 25,000.
In general, participants from a trading perspective can wait for the violation of support 24,480 before they fail.
