Frank Vatrano – LW – Anaheim Ducks – His ice time is down more than 5 minutes per game and he has a $4.57 million cap hit on deferred salary. Two more years after his deal.
Olli Maatta – LHD – Utah Mammoth – Two more years at $3.5 million and loses his roster spot.
Nils Hoglander – LW – Vancouver Canucks – Battling injuries this season. Two more years for $3 million.
Gustav Nyquist – RW – Winnipeg Jets – A healthy scratch in most games since early January. Pending UFA for $3.25 million.
Alexis Lafreniere – LW – New York Rangers – The 24-year-old has regressed after signing a major extension.
Jeff Skinner – C/LW – San Jose Sharks – UFA faces a $3 million cap hit and is a healthy scratch.
