Carter Hart returns to the NHL
Kevin Weekes: Vegas Golden Knights goalie Carter Hart is expected to make his season debut on Tuesday, according to sources.
TSN: Hart’s suspension expires December 1 and he is recalled from the AHL. He signed a two-year contract with the Golden Knights with an AAV of $2 million. In three AHL games, he had a 3.07 GAA and an .839 save percentage.
Two were placed on exemption
Elliott Friedman: The Minnesota Wild have placed Tyler Pitlick on waivers. The Philadelphia Flyers have placed defenseman Adam Ginning on waivers.

Bruce Miles: Anaheim Ducks goalie Petr Mrazek left in the third period when he reached for the puck while injured. There was no post-game update. The Ducks are already down a goalie, as No. 1 Lukas Dostal is out two to three weeks with an upper-body injury.
Kurt Dusterberg: Carolina Hurricanes forward Jordan Staal returned to the lineup after missing the past three games due to illness.
Taylor Baird: Dallas Stars defenseman Ilya Lyubushkin returned to the lineup after missing the past six games with a lower-body injury.
NHL: The New York Rangers have placed defenseman Adam Fox on LTIR with an upper-body injury. He will be out for at least ten games and 24 days. He was injured Saturday after taking a hit from Brandon Hagel and left with his left arm.
