Robbie Stanley: Carolina Hurricanes forward Jordan Martinook left last night’s game in the second period with a lower-body injury.

George Richards: Florida Panthers forward Evan Rodrigues left last night’s game in the first period, returned for the second, and then left again in the third. He suffered injuries to his lower body from a blow along the boards. Coach Paul Maurice didn’t think it was too serious.

Philadelphia Flyers: Forward Tyson Foerster had arm surgery on Monday and will be out for five months.
