Tosha specializes in the coastal communities of Manzanita, Cannon Beach, Nehalem, Wheeler, Arch Cape, Rockaway Beach and surrounding areas in Tillamook County. In 2014, she co-opened the Living Room Realty office in Manzanita, Oregon, with a desire to bring strong corporate values ​​and culture to her coastal clients. She understands the importance of customer relationships and service. With a design background, she has always been attracted to strong marketing aesthetics and appreciates its value. Skills she possesses, but not limited to: ability to multitask, excellent listening skills, drive, detail oriented, organized, knowledge of diverse design and aesthetics – are invaluable when working as a REALTOR®. For many years she worked as an interior designer, most recently at Group Mackenzie – traveling and living internationally, where she could grow creatively. Using her experience as an interior designer has prepared her for the various facets of the real estate profession. By embracing modern methods and coupling them with a business model that has grown organically from referrals and past clients, Tosha is able to dedicate her time to clients to help them achieve their goals.

• Grew up on the coast of Northern Oregon. Graduated from Neah-Kah-Nie High School
• Tosha lives on the Nehalem River. She loves hiking, beach and river days, diving, cycling…really, anything outdoors!
• Tosha’s first internship was at SmithCFI, as a commercial furniture designer.
• After her studies, she packed her bags and lived/worked in Bilbao, Spain for a few months.
