The house with six bedrooms was built almost 40 years ago for a family that emigrated from Taiwan.

Place Sunnybank agent Andy Guo said that more than more than 64 groups have looked at the building during the last open house, making more than 200 people that day.

‘[On the auction day,] I had no room to move among people, “he said.” It was all full of. “

More than 100 people pressed the inside of the house on Saturday morning.

The opening bid of $ 2.75 million praised the majority of the 21 registered bidders.

“It was a very tense bid war. There was no hesitation.”

Although 20 people register in front of the house, there were now only 3 willing to offer it, with a furious bidding war between the three in the next dozen bids.

One underbidder stopped at $ 2.9 million, with the remaining two families going to do the house to push the house over $ 3 million.

Finally, after 33 bids, the house finally sold for $ 3,0735 million.

The final prize after a bidding war between three parties was $ 3,0735 million.

The lush house went to a family from Regents Park that paid more than they had planned on the day.

The winners eventually went to a family from the Middle East of Regents Park, who said Mr Guo to be planning to only spend the high $ 2 million.

“The final buyers fell in love with this. They wanted to buy it desperately; they were determined and they were willing to pay more,” he said. “I think they pushed their limit … but in the end they paid a lot because of competition and because they see the value of the house.”
