On the 600th day of the war in Hamas-Israel, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu greeted the Gaza offensive and said that it had killed tens of thousands of militants, including Mohammed Sinwar-de Nickname “The Shadow”.
The Gaza Health Ministry said that on Wednesday at least 3,924 people had been killed on the territory since Israel is ceasing -the fires broke on March 18, so that the total toll of the war to 54,084, mainly citizens.

Israeli media said Sinwar was the target of strikes in southern Gaza earlier this month. His brother Yahya was killed in October 2024.

What about the last aid efforts to help hungry in Gaza?

The UN condemned an AID system in Gaza by the US and Israeli support after dozens the day before in chaotic scenes were injured in a food distribution location.
On Wednesday, AFP images showed the crowds of Palestinians who break into a UN World Food Program warehouse in Deir El-Balah in Central Gaza and taking food while gunshots sounded.
The WFP placed on X that “Hungry People” was overwhelmed by the warehouse looking for food stocks that were positioned in advance for distribution.

The help issue has deteriorated in the midst of a hunger crisis and criticism of the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF), which bypasses the long-existing non-guided system.

The UN said that 47 people were injured on Tuesday when thousands of Palestinians hurried a GHF site. A Palestinian medical source reported at least one death.
Ajith Sunghay, head of the Un Human Rights Office in the Palestinian territories, said that most injuries came from the Israeli gunfire.
The army rejected this. A spokesperson said that soldiers “shot warning shots in the air” not to people.

GHF also denied the crowd was shot while waiting for help and said the activities will continue, opened with a new site “without incidents” and more planned.

Distribution in Gaza ends in the image of rifle and stampedes

The UN has criticized the GHF, which is confronted with accusations of failing humanitarian principles.

“I believe it is a waste of resources and a distraction of atrocities,” says Philippe Lazzarini, head of the UN agency for Palestinian refugees.
“In the meantime, the clock taps in the direction of famine, so humanitarian (work) must now be able to do his life -saving work,” he said.

The executive director of the Jake Wood Foundation resigned this week and called himself concerns about his independence and compliance with “humanitarian principles”.

Gazans accused the system supported by the US of causing confusion and unfair access.
“All auxiliary boxes were torn apart and people simply assumed what they wanted. This is all I could find: five bags of chickpeas and five kilos of rice,” said Qasim Shalouf in Khan Younis.
With two of his four locations fully operational, GHF claims that it has distributed eight trucks of help and more than 840,000 meals on Wednesday.
