Today’s mindset Monday: How you can change your habits

Most people are not happy with the habits they have, but they don’t know how to change them so that they are stuck.

If you are stuck, there are three things you can do to change every habit:

1. Determine the habit that you want to change. Word crystal clear, and if you become clear and decide that you are going to change it, your first step in the right direction is.

Become crystal clear about what the new habit looks like that you want to develop.

2. Register someone else. Find a friend or family member who can take that habit with you, whether it goes to the gym or eat healthier, or does not touch your alarm, whatever it is.

Find a friend, register them. Let them take on the challenge with you to keep you responsible and to encourage each other. We all do it better if we do things with others.

3. Take action immediately. Choose what your first action is to develop that habit.

If you do those three things decide, register a friend and take immediate action. You are well on your way to changing every habit that you want to change.

So do that in practice. That is my challenge and that is your Monday Mentality.
