Mitchell Moses’ ‘redundant’ $3 million home for sale – realestate.com.au

Star Parramatta Eels halfback Mitchell Moses is selling his renovated Sydney home.

Parramatta Eels champion Mitch Moses and his wife Bri have listed their redundant home in Ryde.

There is guidance of $3 million to $3.3 million from Ray White Hunters Hill agents Tim Le and Eddie Tang for the Federation Residence, Karoola.

They were asking between $3.35 million and $3.45 million in 2023, after paying $2.8 million in 2021 before renovating it and turning it into a “timeless family entertainer.”

The 1917 home is “perfectly suited for growing families,” according to the marketing.

Located within walking distance of Putney Village, Karoola has three bedrooms and formal and informal living areas.

Moses pulled up the deck that the former owners had placed over the pool.

There is a fourth bedroom in a separate studio adjacent to the garage.

They initially listed the Ryde home in 2023 when they bought Hunters Hill for $4.05 million.

The $1.8 million work nearing completion is being overseen by Bri, who has been posting updates to @buildingmontrose on Instagram. It looks like Mitch has gotten some input with a cabana, sauna, and bar with tons of screens to watch sports.

In 2023, Moses sold his Gladesville duplex development site for $3.35 million, after purchasing the four-bedroom home in a prized 790 corner location for $1.8 million in 2020.

Moses has been with the Eels since 2016, two years after making his NRL debut with the Wests Tigers.
