Tougaloo College concluded an agreement with Jacktown All Star Band to make the first band in the history of 155-year-old private HBCU.
On August 5, the Tougaloo College of Mississippi concluded an agreement with Jacktown All Star Band to create the first band in the history of 155-year-old private, historic black liberal art lecture.
