Javier Mascherano says that there are “no apologies” for the gloomy performance of Inter Miami to Orlando City, who were driven by their rivals in Florida 4-1 on Sunday.

The former defender of Barcelona admitted: “Today there are no excuses. Football is about tactics, organization, talent, but you also know that they were better in one-on-one situations … We did not have the intensity that the game needed.
“If the leader of this group hurts to present the image we have shown today. This must be a ways game. When we get our foot off the gas, each team can beat us.”
Pedro Gallese was stuck in goal for Orlando, which made four saves, including an appearance stop, to deny Luis Suarez a spectacular goal of the halfway through the half line. On the other hand, Oscar Ustari managed Eight Saves for Miami.
As Miami wanted to gather, Mascherano thought: “Football is easy. Sometimes we make it more complex than it is.
“If you are not 100%, every team can beat you, and today there was only one team: Orlando.
“It is clear that I am responsible, because I am the coach, but there is not much to say. There was only one team on the field.”
Orlando went to fourth place in the rankings of the Eastern Conference, while Inter Miami was in sixth place with various competitions in the hand of the teams above them. Miami then organizes De La Galaxy, while Orlando Sporting Sporting Kansas City welcomes.
