Television and film giant Martyn Ford appears to be another beast in the gym, since recent reports on social media show his desire to add more muscle mass. To do that, the Manberg that Goliath plays in prime videos House of David puts his back in four-fold drop sets when tearing the T-Bar-row.

“Time to grow,” said Ford in a recent video that was shared with his 4.7 million IG followers. “If you want to see change, try this advanced training technique,” explained the entertainer, next to a demonstration while standing on the t-bar rowing machine loaded with plates. The movement itself is great for building the back and the rear shoulders, and improves the pulling power by also addressing the core, which requires stability and correct posture. T-bar-rows also recruit the slats, which contributes to the total back width.
“Four -time drop set … it’s a murderer!” Ford challenged, while he really raised the bar with five plates for his first set, and then performed each extra set with one removed plate. Ford carried out his first set for 4 repetitions, then set 2 for 6 repetitions. In his third set, Ford did another six repetitions before making as many repetitions as possible in the last set.
The life -sized approach of the Bodybuilder meant that there was no rest between the rounds, making it a huge drop set with increasing weight, to considerably tire the muscles and cause hypertrophy.
Ford recently explained his current body goals. “I aim to add another 3.5 to 4 kg of muscle mass in the next two months, and to limit the excess part to a limit,” he wrote on September 30, 2025. And for those who want to follow in the enormous footsteps of this giant, the star had some motivating words to achieve your own potential. “Nothing can be done from one day to the next,” he said enthusiastically. “Each body transition requires a certain amount of time.
