Manchester United have submitted a formal bid to sign Al-Hilal midfielder Ruben Neves Transfers.
After making 177 appearances during an excellent Premier League spell at Wolverhampton Wanderers, the Portuguese midfielder opted for a move to Saudi Arabia and has maintained a high level of performance despite the change in pace and pace.
