It’s Wednesday and the Ministry of Finance has now announced the retail prices of fuels for the upcoming week from November 27 to December 3, 2025. The coming week sees a price drop for the three major fuel types in Malaysia, with a two sen per liter decline in the retail prices of RON 95 petrol, RON 97 petrol and diesel fuels compared to last week.
The price of unsubsidized petrol from RON 95 drops to RM2.63 per litre. RON 95 petrol, under the Budi Madani RON 95 (Budi95) scheme, remains unchanged at RM1.99 per litre. Malaysians with a valid driver’s license and eligible for the Budi Madani RON 95 (Budi95) program can still purchase RON 95 petrol at the subsidized rate of RM1.99 per liter, subject to a monthly quota of 300 litres.
For RON 97 petrol, the two sen drop brings the premium fuel to RM3.26 per litre, down from last week’s price of RM3.28 per litre.
Diesel fuels of the Euro 5 B10 and B20 blends will thus drop to RM3.08 per liter in the coming week, meaning the Euro 5 B7 blend, at 20 sen more per litre, will be priced at RM3.28 per litre. The retail price of diesel fuel in Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan remains unchanged at RM2.15 per litre.
These prices are valid from midnight tonight until Wednesday, December 3, 2025, when the next set of fuel price updates will be announced. This is the 48th edition of the weekly fuel price format for this year, and the 359th in total since the format’s introduction in early 2019.
