This year, Yesavage threw class A, Class-A Advanced and Double-A in the Blue Jays Minor League program.
YESAVAGE was promoted to Buffalo after this season to appear in 19 games, with 18 of them Starts

About Trey YESAVAGE:
On 6-4, 225 pounds, yes, has a very solid physical presence on the hill.
Yesavage went to high school at Boyertown High School, in Boyertown, Pennsylvania.
Yesavage was the Blue Jays 1st Round Draft Pick in 2024. He was the 20th player chosen in the design.
YESAVAGE, selected from East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina, received a signing bonus of $ 4,177,500 by Toronto.
While he is in East Carolina, Yesavage completed three seasons on the hill. He threw 29 starts under the 65 games in which he threw.
In 195.1 Innings on the Heuvel, Yes advocation threw to an excellent 2.58 ERA and a 1.03 Whip.
He threw an average of 13.6 batters per nine innings, while walking 3.4 per nine.
Of great significance for this old explorer is the fact that YESOVAGE has not delivered many home runs in the university or his first year as a professional at the Blue Jays.
YESAVAGE yielded only 16 homers in three seasons in East Carolina, and only eight long balls this season in his Minor League development.
At one point during his university career, Yesavage missed the time with a collapsed lung. However, he returned to pitching, without problems.

Scouting Trey YESAVAGE:
Yesavage started his collegial career in the Bullpen in East Carolina. In 2023, however, he became a starter as a second -year student and a very effective one.
By his junior year, Yesavage was the ‘Aas’ of the rotation of East Carolina.
According to the prospect rankings on MLB.com, YesaVage has accepted the number 1 prospect function in the Blue Jays organization this season.
Yesa drag fell Blue Jays left -handed prospect pitcher, Ricky Tiedemann to claim the top perspective.
On the hill, yes, has the opportunity to repeat his delivery, so that mechanical problems can be neglected.
Note that on both photos with yes provision pitching in East Carolina, his delivery lock was almost identical.
A concern can be the short pass on the hill because it does not get much extension. However, he does not “cut” because some pitchers with short arm extensions tend to do.
Yesavage throws his fastball at 93-95 miles per hour.
YESAVAGE also throws a bad, 86-87 miles per hour slider.
His fastball and sliding controller form an excellent tandem of fields in his current mix of four pitch.
Both his fastball and sliding regulator are degree 60 throws, which are well above average.
YESAVAGE completes his repertoire with both a splitter and curveball. Of the two pitches, the split is probably more advanced. His split is a good weapon for him against left -handed batters.
To date, Yesavage has managed well about his arsenal, with his control not as sharp as he or the Blue Jays may want, but it has improved.
At the Major League level he will want to reduce walks of allowing three per competition in both the university and his first year in his Blue Jays development.

Scouting grade: 60
This old explorer feels that yes, the repertoire has the hill and the physicality to possibly become an incidental all -star.
His grade 60 by this explorer places him in a possible no. 2 or no. 3 place in the Blue Jays rotation.
There is too much to like Trey Yesavage to think that he will not find a success on a big league.
From his physicality to his fine fastball/sliding regulator combination to his hill, the Blue Jays must be very happy with the final results they get from their general top perspective.
