Ingredients

  • 1 can be diced tomatoes, well drained ((14.5 oz. Can; do not use a petite dice tomatoes)

  • 2 teaspoon. + 2 teaspoon. olive oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon. dried oregano

  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste (I have not used much salt.)

  • 12 oz. Fresh mushrooms, washed and cut into thick slices (I used brown cremini mushrooms.)

  • 1 1/2 cups of grated mozzarella cheese

  • 15 slices of pepperoni, cut in two (I used normal pepperoni, but you can use turkey pepperoni if ​​you prefer)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400F/200C.
  2. Spray an 8 inch x 11 inch glass casserole with anti-picking spray or olive oil.
  3. Pour the tomatoes cut into cubes in the sink and rinse with cold water. Let the tomatoes drain for a minute or two and spread them on paper towels to dry (or blot dry with another paper towel on it.)

  10. Cut pepperoni in two.
  11. Sprinkle the grated mozzarella over the top of the oven dish and place the pepperoni pieces on the cheese, so that they are played evenly so that the entire top is covered with pepperoni.
  12. Bake for about 25 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and brown starts.
  13. Serve this low-carbohydrate and keto-pizza-oven dish, and enjoy it!
