Low -carbohydrate breakfast bins (with broccoli, mushrooms, ham and cheddar) is a delicious breakfast to make at the weekend. I love this combination for breakfast and I recommend this recipe for my Friday favorites this week.
I love weekends when I’m at home and I have time to get caught up in things. And this weekend I think of weekend food, and I like to make something tasty and have leftovers to eat for a few days! I made that category on the blog because of my preference to cook ahead, a habit I received when I taught at school and had to plan ahead for lunches! In those days I didn’t want to eat school lunch and there was no time to go out!
Now that I am a blogger who works at home, I am not so good at cooking at the weekend, but it is something that I always try to improve! And nothing helps me to stay on course with my carbohydrate -conscious food, such as good food in the fridge that is ready to eat.

- Brown A pound cut mushrooms in a small amount of olive oil. (I used pre -cut mushrooms, making it fast.)

- Serve hot, garnished with a blob of sour cream if desired.
- I would not freeze this, but you can bake it at the weekend and stay in the fridge for breakfast all week.
- Heat the low-carb breakfast bins in the microwave for only 1-2 minutes. Or heat a few minutes in a frying pan on the stove.
