Liverpool can quickly leave their first defeat of the season behind when they make the trip to Galatasaray for the first time since 2006, and Arne Slot has selection decisions.
The Reds deserved their loss in Selhurst Park, and Slot will be hopeful that it will reverse his team while they are looking for three more points in the Champions League.
After 10 changes to the weekend, we can expect that that figure will fall considerably, although lock can still rotate its options effectively with changes in every department.
This is the penultimate competition for another international break, and so the Reds can stand in line.
Team news
Fortunately, Liverpool has no new injuries to report prior to their European draw, and this is what we know about the traveling team:
Liverpool’s 21-man traveling team
Keepers: Alisson, Mamardashvili, Woodman
Defenders: Van Dijk, Conate, Bradley, Roazhson, Frimpong.
Midfielders: Gravenberch, Szoboszlai, Wirtz, Mac Allister, Jones, Endo
Forward: Should have to
Liverpool’s XI vs. Galatasaray
There are few certainties when it comes to the line -up of lock, although Alisson almost guaranteed his place with Giorgi Mhaldashvili only undertakes the domestic cup action if it now looks.
With Conor Bradley and Jeremie Frimpong who is struggling for form, Dominik Szoboszlai is an obvious choice to go into right back while Andy Robertson arrives to take over.
Slot has a decision to take in the middle after another sub-par performance by Ibrahima Konate, but he probably stays with the Frenchman and Virgil van Dijk.
Curtis Jones has only started one of the last three games and with Alexis Mac Allister who is still looking for fitness and form, the number 17 Ryan Gravenberch can be a partner in midfield.
Ekitike is back after the suspension and should return from the start with Cody Gakpo to his left after he only played 45 minutes during the weekend.
This would cause four changes if Liverpool are in line as follows:
- Szoboszlai and Robertson were used at Full-Back
- Jones Partners Gravenberch in Midfield
- Gakpo and Ekitike return to the attack

Alisson; Szoboszlai, Konate, Van Dijk, Robertson; Gravenberch, Jones; Salah, Wirtz, Gakpo; Ekitike
There are other options to consider, including starting Frimpong and Joe Gomez on the right of the defense after they had their first run together against Southampton.
This would release Szoboszlai to start with the number 10 instead of Florian Wirtz, who could later be introduced in a procedure to ensure that the Hungarian does not play 90 minutes for the eighth time.
Mac Allister needs minutes to play in shape and will be considered alongside Gravenberch, with a pre -planned replacement also to be in mind for the Argentinian:
- Frimpong, Gomez and Robertson are defending
- Mac Allister, Gravenberch and Szoboszlai all start

Alisson; Frimpong, Give, Van Dijk, Robertson; Gravenberch, Mac Allister; Salah, Soslai, Gakpo; Ekitic
There will rightly call for Chiesa to get a well -deserved start after his goal in Palace, but he was not part of the traveling team despite the training on Monday.
Alexander Isak played 84 minutes on Saturday and with the trip to Chelsea in mind, he will probably be managed for this game for another starting role at the weekend.
Liverpool has no shortage of options and lock can effectively rotate if he wishes, because the eight first match days in this competition offers flexibility.
