Live: Raiders vs Eels in Canberra Stage
18 ‘An attempt starts to beg for the eel
Dylan Walker tears through the center of the field with a brutal anger at Hudson Young, but Junior Paulo is the nearest STEUNLER and he cannot catch up.
Walker hears the call, but his no-look pass goes to the ground.
The eels are on the board
After a penalty under the sticks, the eels turn well and halfback Dean Hawkins, early for backroer Charlie Guymer, who has an extra time to stabilize himself before he was on the ground because fullback Kaeo Weekes was entangled and not recovered on time.
It is 12-6 after 14 minutes.
13 ‘Fox is through again
Kaeo Weekes is again the last line of defense, while Josh Addo-Carr is bursting through the teeth of the defense, but cannot give chic footwork on the Raiders fullback.
10 ‘Kaeo Weekes with a Wonder Tackle
The bomb goes to the left and Josh Addo-Carr makes a flying catch one meter.
All he has to do is hand out the ball and ground the ball, but Kaeo Weekes tackles him in one way or another and rolls him to keep the ball off the ground.
Beautiful Try-Saver from the attacking superstar.
(He absolutely hits him in the air, for what it is worth, but referee Ashley Klein does not seem to mind.)
The alarm sounds while Hosking passes
The Raiders look red -hot while they go their second in the first eight minutes, Jamal Fogarty rows rower Zac Hosking on a short ball, aimed at Rookie Half Joash Papalii.
Hosking, a former Panther and Bronco, drew three years again this week. Remarkable that he may not even be in the first choice for this team that really has an unparalleled depth in the park.
7 ‘Huge hit
Ethan Strange dances through the middle and breaking tackles after a Sebastian Kris Half Line Break.
But he is blinded by Jack Williams for the posts.
6 ‘The kick -off is over the full
Sean Russell rizes it for a long time from the T-shirt and it makes it comfortable to completely absorb the dead ball line. Canberra gets a fine halfway and starts his set 35 meters after the touch.
Jed Stuart is transferred for another NRL attempt
A few set of restart through the middle, see the Raiders on the field marching and a slick tap-on by Sebastian Kris sends the coach of the coach for his third NRL attempt.
Increasing signs early, while Canberra just wandered through the field. However, the set restart clearly helps.
4 ‘Early injury misery
Josh Papali’i seems to have a rib problem of that first set.
And for the eels, J’Maine Hopgood fights against a broken finger.
1 ‘Parramatta starts and the Raiders get first use
Josh Papali’i has taken the hit-up in his first Footy since that state of origin decision maker victory.
They go papali’i, Joe Tapine, Corey Horsburgh, Papali’i and Tapine in that first set. Wow. Honest piece of strength through the middle.
The players are on the field in Canberra
The horn is blown up, the blow is folded.
We are ready for kicking off while the Raiders go up the field in Canberra Stadium.
Coordinate all over the world

Eel gets Raiders in NRLW
The day did not start with a great note for the Green Machine in Canberra, with the women’s team of the Eel de Raiders 46-12 won in a demolition of eight tries to three.
With her sister, Kennedy, from the injured, Rueben kept the flag flying for the Cherringtons with the second attempt by her NRLW career and things that were continued from there.
The eels went 22-8 before the break, but, unlike so many other parties, actually went even more difficult after the break, with 24 points to 4.
Does anyone buy Rugby League 26 here?
It is not the smoothest launches for the long-awaited Rugby League video game, which is dragged from pillar to mail for server problems, glitches, errors and general gameplay bugs.
Did any of you bought it and what has your experience been?
Three of the best today
Hello and welcome to a very interesting Saturday of NRL promotion, with the top three all in action:
- Canberra vs Parramatta from 3 p.m.
- Canterbury vs St George Illawarra from 5:30 pm
- Melbourne vs Manly from 7:35 pm
The top three teams that games play outside the top eight are usually a pretty boring day play, but how often have three favorites all won on the same day this season? Not so often I would bet.
If the Raiders lose, the dogs and/or storm can jump. If the Raiders win, Canterbury and Melbourne have to win to keep in touch, because the Green Machine is the only team in the top six with a bye that remains this season.
I can’t wait!
