Palmer is perhaps the most influential player at CHELSEA and has been a real goalscoring machine for the Blues since his move from Manchester City, but a few management changes have reportedly left the forward unhappy with life in London.
That has led to a number of stunning media reports claiming he would be open to a move away from Chelsea and that he would be open to a return north to Manchester, with United favorites if he leaves.
But when asked if Palmer was both ‘untouchable’ and ‘happy’ at Chelsea, Rosenior replied: ‘Yes and yes. It’s simple. Cole is an incredible player, just like the guy sitting next to me [Moises Caicedo] and many players in the group.
‘I’m not surprised by the timing [of the speculation] – a new manager comes and suddenly people are confused. It’s not true.’
The former Strasbourg head coach added: “Cole is here, he is very happy and I can’t wait to see him back on the pitch. There is no reason for any certainty. It’s so unrealistic,” he explained.
‘It comes out of nowhere. There is no need to have the conversation. Kol is happy.
“You can’t stop speculation, but some speculation is so far from the truth and there’s no point in having a conversation about it.”

This is a rumor that has come out of nowhere and many fans will be hoping that Palmer does not want to leave the club; he is a top player. But it will be interesting to see what the player has to say as he has been very quiet amid all this transfer speculation.
And would a move to Man United give him the title chances he wants?
