Aaron Civale and the White SOX defense had a fairly good night. But the RoyalsUsually via Salvy, their home win-streak kept alive against their division rival, 3-1
The game started with a single by Miguel Vargas, but he would be stranded. Bobby Witt Jr. Save a single with a Vinnie Pasquantino followed with another single. Maikel Garcia continued an unwanted trend and hit a single and beat Witt for the first run of the game. Mike Tauchman made his second useful catch of the game and ended the inning with two runners left on the base.
Edgar Quero only defeated the piece after his hit was deflected by Jonathan India. Just like Vargas in the first, Quero would not first pass first. India took a walk to start the bottom of the second, but the good ones had a great doubles to help Civale.
The White Sox could not do anything offensive in the third, and Civale had a lot of work to do in the bottom of the frame. Fortunately, he worked for problems after allowing a two -squeeze.
With two in the first place of the fourth federation Lenyn Sosa the game with a solo -homer:
Unfortunately, Salvador Pérez got a fastball to break the draw, but that was for the fourth inning.
The SOX was retired in the fifth. Kyle Isbel hit the bottom of the frame, but was caught stealing at a crucial moment.
Curtis Mead and Colson Montgomery picked up singles in the sixth, with an outside between them. Quero took a walk to load the bases for SOSA, so Royals Rookie Noah Cameron was taken out of the game. Montgomery showed a bad basic running and the runners were stranded after a doubles. Kansas City had back-to-back, two-out Doubles that expanded their lead to 3-1.
Andrew Benintendi replaced Mead to face his old team and crashed. But in a story as old as time, he was stranded. Steven Wilson silent the royals for the bottom of the frame and hit a few. Carlos Estévez closed the ninth by hitting the side and ending the game.
To end up to happier news, Mark Buehrle threw the Savannah Bananas tonight.
