There is no rice or cauliflower rice in this recipe!

HOW TO MAKE LEFT TURKEY OVER CARNIVORE RICE

To be honest, I have never liked or eaten cauliflower rice. I have been eating my low carb fried “rice” for years. Instead of cauliflower rice, I use eggs to beat into the rice. To make this fried “rice” protein-efficient, I used egg whites with Further Food gelatin!

Adding gelatin to the egg white gives it a great texture that resembles rice!

To make my delicious leftover turkey fried carnivore rice, I used Kettle and Fire bone broth!

I’ve made my Carnivore Fried Rice so many times and each time I use a different Kettle and Fire bone broth flavor! I think my favorite is actually using the Kettle and Fire beef stock! But all Kettle and Fire broths are so delicious!

  • Place the egg whites in a medium bowl. Add the stock, other food gelatin, tamari, salt or fish sauce and toasted sesame oil and whisk until well combined.

  • Place the coconut oil, onions, and garlic in a large skillet over medium heat and cook until the onions are translucent, about 2 minutes. Add the mushrooms and coriander and cook for a further 2 minutes or until the mushrooms are soft

  • Make the “rice”: Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook until the mixture thickens and small curds form, scraping and tapping the bottom of the pan to prevent large curds from forming. (A whisk works well for this task.) This will take about 7 minutes. Stir in the remaining diced turkey.

  • Place the “rice” on a platter. Garnish with green onion if desired and serve.

  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, place the shrimp fried “rice” in a lightly greased sauté pan over medium heat, stirring often, for 2 minutes or until heated through.

“Hello Craig, Maria, Kai and Micah!

My journey to a healthy body has been a long one. I was always the fattest kid in grade school, high school, and college, but as a young adult my life was generally unhappy.

I have followed the Standard American Diet all my life, with bouts of dietary problems, until I learned I was a sugar addict about 5 years ago. My weight peaked at 260 pounds and at only 6 feet tall I was unhealthy, to say the least.

Join Maria, Craig and PSMF (Protein Sparing Modified Fasting)!

Now at the age of 71 I feel better than I have in my entire life! I have energy and stamina I never knew was possible and I can’t accurately express my gratitude! Thank you so much Maria and Craig Emmerich!” Janet
