Lanterman Regional Center Inks 10-year-old lease for Glendale, California, office

Frank D. Lanterman Regional Center provided a lease of 10 years for 50,836 square feet on the 611 N. Van de Onni Group brand in Glendale, California. The lease of $ 18.8 million this year comprises two full floors within the 396,000 square foot office tower and is one of the largest Glendale, California, office.

The non -profit organization – which offers services to more than 9,000 children and adults with developmental arrears – will consolidate its office footprint in this single location, by getting direct highway access and resolving tenant facilities. Lanterman Regional Center will leave its current building in the building of the United Teachers Los Angeles on 3303 Wilshire Blvd. In Koreatown.

Kidder Mathews’ Linda Lee, Bill Boyd and Scott Unger represented the Onni Group, while Cresa’s Dennis Smith represented the tenant.

One of the largest and most recognizable office buildings in Glendale, 611 N. Brand is located at the entrance of the city’s business district for the 134 highway. The building offers some of the largest floor plates on the market, together with striking facilities, such as a special tenantslounge and Glendale’s largest athletic facility for the office building exclusively for tenants.

The building is also the home of Wework, which occupies two floors that the coworking company has identified as one of the most successful and profitable locations.

In recent months, different Non -profit organizations have expanded their footprints in South California: Amanecer Community counseling Services, a Mental Health Care Provider, drew a new headquarters of 29.227 square foot in the center of Los Angeles in June, making the room grew by around 1,700 square feet. The same week the regional center of Orange County completed an important extension and expansion deal for 102,631 square foot at GreenLaw Partners’ Tustin Center Complex in Santa Ana, Calif.
