With over 15 years of international golf management experience, Stefan Kuiken brings a wealth of expertise and a proven track record across multiple regions, including the UK, the Middle East, China, Thailand and Myanmar.
Before joining Laguna Golf Phuket, Stephen worked as General Manager at Pun Hlaing Golf Club in Yangon, where he led the club to record growth and cemented its position as Myanmar’s premier golf destination.
A British PGA professionalStephen is widely recognized for his strategic leadership, operational excellence and commitment to service quality.
His passion for developing the game of golf in Southeast Asia aligns perfectly with Laguna Golf Phuket’s vision to foster a world-class golf community in Thailand.

A Certified Leadbetter Golf InstructorAsmitha joins Laguna Golf Phuket from the Golfzon Leadbetter Academy in Indonesia.
As a professional golfer, she has competed in the European Women’s Tour and the WPGA Australia tourdemonstrating her dedication and skills at the highest level of the sport.
Currently working on one PGA Foundation Diploma in Professional Golf Studies and Business Management of the University of BirminghamAsmitha represents the next generation of golf professionals: she combines education, athletic experience and a passion for teaching.
