Kylie Jenner is no stranger to pouring necklines and hardly any outfits there.
But a recent bikini-clad photo of her vacation in Saint-Tropez this month has attracted attention for another reason, the Snap revealed a prominent scar under her right breast.
The 27-year-old Make-up Mogul has previously admitted that she underwent breast augmentation at the age of 19, which showed that she had inserted implants in the size of a grapefruit in the summer of 2016.
Now a leading plastic surgeon believes that the scar can indicate an extra and previously unknown procedure.
Dr. Sam Fuller, a plastic surgeon in Indiana, told DailyMai.com that she probably also had a mastopexy or breast lift to help her reach her fuller breast.
The surgeon, who does different breast procedures per week, said: ‘This scar is not typical of just breast augmentation operation.
‘A very small incision is usually made of one to two inches in the middle of the fold in the chest in this procedure.
“But the fact that there seems to be a scar that extends along the chest is more consistent with a mastopexy or lift procedure.”

Breast lifts are usually executed at the same time as breast augmentation to move tissue over implants and make breasts look fuller and bed.
But some can also choose to lift breasts at a later date and tighten any hanging or hanging skin, including all implants.
Dr. Fuller did not personally investigate Jenner, but based his comments on photos of the scar of the celebrity that appeared under her breasts on the beach of Saint Tropez and at an event in Rome, Italy, in May of this year.
DailyMail.com contacted representatives of the star before publication, but they did not return our request for comments.
He said it was possible that she had her breast lift at the same time with her breast augmentation, which would be ‘very normal in practices’.
But added that according to him the scars seemed more fresh, which he thought suggested that she had the procedure in the past two years.
“I would say that she probably had this operation at least six to eight months ago, and probably in the last two years,” he said.
‘In the first three to six months the scars of this operation are pink, red and purple, but over time they will fade and have its scars a faded appearance.

In a breast lift, surgeons make incisions around the nipple and along the breast crack before they remove excess skin and lift the breasts and fast.
The incision is made in the fold under the breasts to cover up the scar. It can be six centimeters long, but surgeons say that more important lifts require longer incisions.
During an episode of the Kardashians in 2023, Jenner confirmed that she had received a breast augmentation at the age of 19, but said she was sorry about the decision.
“I had beautiful breasts, such as natural t ** s, just beautiful, such as perfect size, perfect everything, and I just wanted, of course I never did them to start,” she said.
‘I would recommend everyone who thought about waiting until you had children.

The Figure 445cc refers to 445 cubic centimeters, equal to 445 milliliters or slightly less than two American cups, about the same as a large grapefruit or medium to large mango.
Before she unveiled the implants, she said her breasts were on a quilted bra, periods and weight gain.
Dr. Fuller said that her comments had a major effect on his own practice, which showed that many women would now ask for a 445cc implant.
But added that everyone’s breasts were different, and that many would find a different implant, would work best with their appearance.
The FDA has approved silicone breast implants for people aged 22 and older, but doctors can still implant this off label.
Dr. Fuller said he gets a number of women who ask implants of 19 years, and in these cases says they are asked to repeat agreements to ensure that they actually want the implants, instead of a passing phase.
Every year around 300,000 breast augmentation operations are performed, making it one of the most popular procedures nationwide, with rising figures still rising. About 143,000 breast lifts are also performed every 12 months.
