The company is introducing a lightweight, cost-effective Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) framework that enables seamless deployment of AI-powered digital colleagues. The innovation has the potential to transform workplaces and redefine productivity and accessibility on a global scale.
Unlike traditional AI platforms that require significant financial investments, Digital Worker Services makes its advanced framework available for free to companies of all sizes: small, medium and medium enterprises, said Aromal Jayaraj Shikky, CEO of the company.
“Our goal is to democratize AI-powered digital transformation so that businesses of all sizes can harness the power of intelligent automation without restrictive paywalls. Instead of charging for access, the company will introduce a subscription-based support model, allowing enterprises to get expert help while keeping core technology widely available. It’s a vision that challenges corporate monopolization and opens AI innovation to the masses,” he emphasized.
The framework enables organizations to build, test and deploy AI-powered digital colleagues: virtual agents that can handle complex workflows, automate repetitive tasks and streamline customer service, logistics and internal operations with the flexibility to scale without massive overhead.
The company started the initiative with a clear vision to revolutionize business processes through automation in an industry saturated with costly, complex AI solutions. This free-to-use AGI framework, combined with a subscription-based revenue model, is expected to drive rapid adoption by businesses worldwide. It could herald the start of a new wave of AI commercialization, where success is based on mass accessibility rather than exclusivity, he said.
As part of its expansion strategy, the company, with a direct office in New York, aims to become the first AI product company from Kochi to list on the NASDAQ growth markets. “We are also evaluating other capital markets for an early listing to secure growth capital. Our focus on the EU and US markets is aimed at driving customer acquisition, which would propel us to more than $1 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR) by the end of 2025,” he said.
