Keeneland announced the Grade 1 winner and $2.8 million earner on December 8 Just in the front is entered for the January 2026 Horses of All Ages Sale and will be sold on January 12. “Simply in Front is a beautiful mare who comes from a deep, active family with possibly more black type on the horizon,” said Hogan. “There is real upside for buyers in 2026 and beyond.”

Simply in Front has delivered top performances from 2 to 4 years under the leadership of trainer Eddie Kenneally. In Keeneland’s First Lady Stakes (G1T) on October 4, she was well back at the top of the stretch in the 1-mile race before moving to the inside and beginning to split horses. From the Debt mare Complicated Simply in Front comes from an established Phipps family of Inside Information champion and Grade 1 winner Educated Risk. She was bred in Kentucky by William Harrigan and Mike Pietrangelo. Colebrook Farms picked up the filly as a yearling for $115,000 at the 2022 Keeneland September Yearling Sale.

The online catalog for the January sale is expected to be released on December 9.
