Jordan Hutchinson reveals his breast, shoulder and tricep training in six movements before Mr. Olympia – Muscle and fitness

Jordan Hutchinson, the open candidate for men, is fully engaged in the MR Olympia title hunt of 2025, and only a few days away from the largest bodybuilding show of the year, the IFBB-Pro has again shared a great breast, triceps and shoulder training that could produce success in Lasas.

It’s all about “crazy contraction”, says the big man, who has won both the Texas Pro events of 2025 on the way to Olympia. A few weeks ago Hutchinson shared an impressive exercise plan of eight exercises to punish his bodybuilding rivals. Now he has refined his breast, shoulder and tricep session to just six movements, while he is only a few days away from the biggest evening in his professional life. “I feel really good when training the past weeks, since I have been in preparation for the past six months,” said Hutchinson, explaining the new training for his more than 60,000 Instagram followers. If you want to build a larger upper body, you can try the training yourself as follows.

Olympia Chasing Chest & Shoulders training of Jordan Hutchinson

  • Breast press loaded with plates
  • Barbell Incline Bank Prints
  • Triceps-Pushdowns with sitting machine
  • Sitting PEC flying machine
  • Cable crossover slope breast fly
  • Cable-armed triceps-pushdown

Training distribution

Although he was “painful” to pump iron iron for months, Hutchinson noted that his body will last in these last days before he goes to the Olympia stage. “The power is still there,” he shared, which as such proved with a heavy training that began with the breast press loaded with a plate, focused on his chest muscles, delta muscles, triceps and even his biceps. The seating position also uses the slats, so it is a great way to build strength and at the same time shape the back.

When performing dumbbank pressure, the slope of the sofa changes the lifting corner, so that you get harder the clavicular head, which means that you can add mass to the upper chest muscles for that stacked appearance of the upper plank. The delta muscles came into play here, so you could really train those shoulders.

Triceps-Pushdowns in sitting machines mainly tax the entire triceps, but secondary muscles such as the delta muscles are still used to ensure stability. By exhausting his triceps with pushdowns, Hutchinson can also ensure that they are less able to take on the load of other movements, forcing the shoulders and chest to do the work, and at the same time put his triceps to the test.

While he continues to the sitting PEC-Fly machine, the Man-Berg punishes his pectoralis major. This is the muscle responsible for the movement of the shoulder joint. Buying on the chest for the next exercise, Hutchinson carried out the cable crossover-breast fly. Again, the slope emphasizes the upper chest muscles, while the rear shoulder, rotatorm surchet and shoulder muscles are recruited.

To turn his last set the best set, Hutchinson switches to a one-sided approach for his last exercise, in which he puts everything he has in the cable-end-armed triceps-pushdowns. This is a great finish that is designed to remove the last reserves of his energy and muscles, while symmetry and balance are guaranteed. If you try this for yourself, use a slow and controlled movement to feel every last gram of tension. To replicate his repetitions, you have to go heavy and strive for at least three heavy sets of 8-12. You can also look more like Hutchinson and experiment with a repeat schedule that suits you best, using a combination of rising sets and back-off sets, depending on how you think about a certain exercise. “Some exercises will be a top set and then two back-off sets,” the IFBB Pro explained in the comments under his training. “I can play quite a few sets from some insulation exercises.”

However, the hard work seems to be bearing fruit, because Hutchinson looks serious. “After Olympia, the (muscle and power) growth will be very nice,” the Bodybuilder thought about what the result could be of months-long intensive training. “But for the time being we have finished working out the details.”
