Science -based fitness coach Jeff Nippard has surprised his followers of social media by opening his doors this week for his new fitness room and, as you would expect, the natural powerlifter and the new “Muscle Lab” from Bodybuilder offers more than just a place to exercise. Nippard hopes to promote the world of fitness by also conducting its own internal experiments. We look inside.
“For the past two years I have secretly built the most scientific gym on the planet,” Nippard unveiled on September 15, 2025, without determining the exact location. Instead of being offered to the public, it is likely that the new facility of Nippard host will play for future demonstration videos and data that cracks, but he plans to train there himself.

Beyond the lobby there are two different stylized gyms, the fitness fanatic explained. “Behind this door is the ‘Dark Side’ and behind this door is the ‘Light Side’.” He explained in videos placed on social media. The light side seems to be more strength and underlying body, consisting of machines such as the Slinger Squat and leg extension, along with a deadlift platform and a glute drive machine. There is also a donkey calf rise machine, squat press and leg curlers, in addition to a squat -rack and smith machine.
“The dark side is more bodybuilding and mechanically focused,” explained the innovator, revealing that equipment in this area is a plate -loaded sitting row, a standing lateral rase machine, hack squat station, sealing row, plot -load breast press, a sitting PEC deck, sitting cable row. The entire facility is also decorated with adapted weights and plates, so that Nippard’s approval stamp is put on the new company.

In addition to the two different training areas, the jewel of the crown of Nippard, known as the Muscle Lab. The Changemaker revealed that this space contains a Dexa scan for measuring fat, muscle and bone density. There is also an ultra-sounding machine for taking real-time photos and videos of the soft tissues of the body. The Muscle Lab houses a BIA machine (bio -electric impedance -analysis) for further measurement of the body composition. “With the help of these devices I can now perform my own scientific studies,” he said proudly. “I’m so excited.”
