The 25 year old completed two key cards and one of his two cross attempts.
He also completed 84% of his passes and had one shot on target, which was blocked by Brentford’s resolute defence.
Sancho also made two of his three dribbling attempts and had seven progressive carries in the match as the Villans searched for an equalizer.
He also won 100% of his aerial matches and two of the three ground matches in an all-round positive performance for Unai Emery’s side.
Sancho and Aston Villa are in action on Saturday during a tough away match against AFC Bournemouth.
