“Ai is now everywhere. It is the head, the function, the fashion word. But Ai Tech has to deliver more than Buzz – it must produce results,” says Joe Skousen, CEO of Inside Real Estate.
HomSearch AI enables home buyers to search with the help of conversation sines instead of filters.
For example, users can type requests such as: “Let me see houses in the Ambachtsman style in the Riverland district under the $ 600K” or “I want granite countertop, a garage with one car, near coffee shops.”
“The system just gets it. It is powered by natural language processing, computer vision and MLS data and the results reflect what the customer meant, complex or simple,” says Skousen.
The platform also contains automated warnings and lead reactivation tools that draws from the E -mail distribution network of Inside Real Estate – which sends more than 160 million search warnings every month.
“Every warning is smarter as standard,” says Julia Laurin, the most important product officer of the company.
Laurin said that the Boldtrail technology system uses to identify inactive contacts in the CRM of an agent, to generate ownership suggestions and to inform agents when a buyer or seller shows new interest.
“Every agent has leads inactive in his CRM. In Boldtrail we find these contacts, we create personalized ownership suggestions and improve them in the course of time,” she says.
Customer Feedback
Some early users report higher engagement levels of the tool.
“I have seen first -hand how Boldtrail HomSearch AI has increased both our customer experience and the productivity of agent,” said Cory Kammerdiener, broker and founder of Homerock Realty. “Our buyers love the intuitive, personalized house search that adapts to their preferences in real time, making their journey faster and more pleasant.”
Inside Real Estate says that the platform can also lists based on specific sentences, such as “withdrawable loans” or “back on the market”, allowing buyers and agents to respond to local trends.
