Jackie O was left in tears after the fight with Kyle Sandilands.
Australian radio stars Kyle Sandilands and Jackie O Henderson have continued to make big money properties behind the scenes, despite the public on-air blowout that has put their future in doubt.
The huge financial moves come amid Henderson’s continued absence from the Kyle and Jackie O Show on KIIS after Sandilands publicly slammed her for her belief in astrology last month.
Sandilands slammed Henderson as “down with the fairies” and said everyone at KIIS was talking about her poor performance. Henderson has not been seen since the row and KIIS was forced to air repeats last week after Sandilands also called in sick.
Sandilands and Henderson joined ARN-owned KIIS in 2014 when they made the lucrative move from 2DayFM. They are the biggest paid radio stars in Australia after their 2023 deal, which was worth a whopping $200 million over ten years.
Happier times… The future of Kyle Sandilands and Jackie O’s partnership has been called into question.
Despite regularly being the top-rated breakfast show in the monthly ratings, industry sources now claim tensions between the duo have increased over the past twelve months.
“She’s developed a taste for being a socialite, she’s the highest-paid media figure in Australia, and she’s spent time with some very successful women who have taught her that she doesn’t need Kyle to be successful,” the source said. The Sunday Telegraph.
While speculation continues about the duo’s future, they continue to reap the benefits of their success in the Australian property market.
JACKIE O
As her radio life falls apart, Henderson’s family life continues to come together.
The controversial construction of her $5 million mega-mansion in Sydney is well underway, according to photos taken in late 2025.
Henderson bought the Clovelly block in March 2023 for $13.2 million, and since the previous property was demolished to make way for a luxury mansion with a swimming pool, the $5 million rebuild of the house has caused a stir in Sydney’s eastern suburbs.

Exclusive photos obtained by News Corp Australia revealed the epic construction site underway in Clovelly’s tight cul-de-sac.
The images show no trace of the previous house, which has now been completely demolished. The block is now filled with construction equipment and scaffolding, the foundation has been laid and the lower half of the house is starting to take shape.
The brick pillars and the first floor foundation have been placed, ready for the next construction phase. According to renderings of the architectural plans, what appears to be the lower level is taking shape and will eventually become a gym leading to a swimming pool.
The block is in the ideal location to capture beautiful, uninterrupted views over Gordons Bay.
The plans for the four-bedroom house were designed by architect Madeleine Blanchfield and Henderson thinks it will be “like being in Italy on the Amalfi Coast” when completed.

Local agents expect the home to be worth $25 million or more upon completion.
The reconstruction of Jackie O’s home hit the headlines in April when demolition and construction started, with Randwick City Council confirming that multiple complaints had been received from locals.
Complaints included ‘horrendous noise’, increased traffic, large trucks and the addition of a site office.
KYLE SANDILANDS
The fractured relationship with Henderson has not stopped Sandilands from selling his own Syndey mansion.
KIIS FM is also promoting the sale of the Glenorie estate on its Instagram page, with Sandilands saying he bought the house about three and a half years ago with big plans to renovate it for his family.
The radio star paid $3 million for the sprawling property in Sydney’s northwest Hills District in August 2022, with the intention of building a Hamptons-style family home.
Kyle Sandilands’ Glenorie home is for sale.
It is now being marketed by Carolyn Wheatley, director of Belle Property Dural. which accompanies $5.7 million to $5.9 million.
Sandilands settled on the 9,580 square meter acreage in Glenorie, which borders bushland, just weeks before his then fiancée, now wife Tegan Kynaston, gave birth to the couple’s first child, Otto.
The house has changed considerably since it was last up for grabs as ‘property’ [that] you really have to see it to believe it.”
