A tearful Kim Kardashian told a court in Paris that she feared that she would be raped or killed when she was reportedly deprived of her hotel room in 2016 by a gang that stole jewels that were worth millions.
Mrs. Kardashian gave proof on Tuesday in the process of a gang called the “grandfather -raids”.
Dressed in a black outfit and wore glittering jewelry, she arrived in a black van minutes earlier, accompanied by her mother.
Cameras are not allowed in the courtroom and its testimony is not broadcast live.
“I definitely thought I would die,” she told the court.
“I thought of my sister, thought she would walk inside and see me shoot dead and had that memory in her forever.”

Mrs. Kardashian cried when she remembered the start of the attack, in which the suspects, dressed in police uniforms, are accused of having tied her with zip tires and duct tape before they were on their way with jewelry.
This included an engagement ring of US $ 4 million ($ 6.2 million) that was given her by her then husband Rapper Kanye West.
“We left the next morning, so I was just packing, it was about 3 o’clock in the morning,” she said.
“I heard the stairs stamped when I was in bed.“

Mrs. Kardashian said a few men in police uniforms, who she assumed to be police officers and then entered her room.
“Then I heard one of the gentlemen say ‘ring! Ring!’ In English, with an accent, pointing, “she said.
“I was pretty hysterical and I just looked at the caretaker and told him what will happen to us, I have to bring my babies home.”
At a certain point the reality star said she feared that she would be raped when the robbers threw her on the bed and one of them grabbed her leg.
“But he finally tied me up and closed my legs,”
she said.

“It was terror”
Mrs. Kardashian said that the alleged attack has changed many things, including her to increase her safety.
“It changed the way I feel safe at home,” she said.
“Now I have at home between four and six security to feel safe.
“I can’t sleep at night if there are no more security people.”
In anticipation of Mrs. Kardashian’s testimony, her stylist Simone Harouche, who slept in the same luxury hotel flat at the time of the attack, the tribunal of the “terror” they both felt during the alleged robbery.
Mrs. Harouche hurried to lock herself in the bathroom and texted Kardashian’s sister Kourtney and their bodyguard for help.
Mrs. Harouche said that when the robbers left, Mrs. Kardashian joined her downstairs.
“She was next to herself, I’ve never seen her like that,” she said.
“She just screamed and kept saying that we had to leave here, we need help, what are we going to do when they come back.”
Mrs. Harouche also sometimes cried during her testimony and said she had changed career and had sought therapy because of the robbery.
She said the incident caused her post -traumatic stress and scored her to be near celebrities.

Nine men and one woman are tried by the Criminal Court over the alleged robbery.
Five of the suspects – all men – are confronted with armed theft and abductions and the risk of being sentenced to life imprisonment.
The others are accused of complicity in the robbery or the unauthorized possession of a weapon.
Most jewelry, including the $ 4 million engagement ring, have never been found.
