Hulk Hogan’s old Florida home is going on the market for just under $11 million ($15.8 million), six months after the wrestling legend suffered a heart attack at the property.
The oceanfront mansion is expected to be listed for $10.9 million ($A15.6 million) by Martha Thorn of the Thorn Collection, in partnership with Coldwell Banker Realty, according to TMZ.
Ms. Thorn, a close friend of Hogan’s, is handling the sale of the Gulf Coast estate, which has been owned by the Hall of Fame wrestler since 2012. New York Post reports.
Located directly on the sands of Clearwater Beach, 25 miles west of Tampa, the residence offers expansive Gulf views.

The mention comes months after Hogan died on July 24, 2025 at the age of 71.
Emergency services were called to the home after reports of a medical emergency. The famous wrestler was transported for treatment but was later pronounced dead.
His cause of death, which was later released, revealed that he had suffered a heart attack.
His death prompted an outpouring of tributes from fellow wrestlers, celebrities and fans, many of whom credited his transformation of professional wrestling into a mainstream entertainment giant in the 1980s and 1990s.
Hogan, born Terry Bollea, was one of the most recognizable figures in sports entertainment history, headlining multiple WrestleMania events and becoming the face of the WWE during its commercial boom years.
His influence extended beyond the ring through film roles, television appearances and endorsement deals.
